Titus’ patented glass cleaning system effectively removes and separates contaminants from the existing glass stream with the potential to return all contaminants to their respective flow of material.
The glass cleaning system features: A one or two shaker screens as well as a cyclone and drop box vacuum system.
Titus sells two patented systems.
One to clean glass that is collected via single steam curbside and the other to clean glass to recover the shredded paper for resale as well as increase the scrap value on glass at least $10 per ton. Titus has invented a secondary MRF that takes what the first MRF misses and separates low volume materials to give a city a cradle to cradle recycling system.
