These facilities are not your average recycling facility like a MRF. This is a film processing plant where film gets pre-processed, washed, dried and pelletized.
We play a major roll as integrators with Circulus in these projects; we provide Engineering, Fabrication, Mechanical and Electrical Installation, Compressed Air installation, Electrical Controls and ongoing Maintenance services.
Titus has worked on three facilities with Circulus in
Riverbank California, Ardmore Oklahoma and Arab Alabama.
We fabricate and install a preprocess while working with other equipment providers. to provide a facility that meets their needs for the film processing.
We also acted as the industrial installer for the wash lines, handling systems and extruders.
